As an Autism Practitioner you could support our young people to grow and develop, encouraging each individual to achieve their aspirations. You don't need to have experience as we recruit trainees as well as those experienced in care and working with young people with autism. Whatever level you join at, we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are confident to support our young people to achieve the very best outcomes
You’ll join a wonderful team of supportive, caring professionals. Our young people rely on our staff, both teaching and therapy teams, to guide them through their waking day. It can be challenging but it’s hugely rewarding when the young person in your care achieves something for the first time that others may take for granted.
From time to time we may also have vacancies in other areas of care such as Psychologists or Occupational Therapists; or roles within the Foundation in Admissions, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Housekeeping or Estates. Every one of the 600 or so staff at Prior's Court are here to make a difference to young people with severe autism.
Our work is defined by little moments of progress. To some people they might seem trivial. To us and our young people they are breakthroughs.
You don’t always need qualifications to join us. Our diverse teams of professionals come from a range of different cultural and career backgrounds.
We offer support, training and assistance to help you develop a career that you’ll find rewarding and fulfilling.
