As our SIP, you will act as a trusted critical friend, evaluating school effectiveness, supporting strategic planning, reviewing the quality of education and helping ensure inspection readiness. You will bring current expertise in SEND, autism education, school improvement and Ofsted frameworks, helping leaders drive continuous improvement across the organisation. About You A proven track record of leading successful school improvement. Significant senior leadership experience within education. Extensive knowledge of SEND and specialist education settings. Strong understanding of autism and complex learning needs. Experience supporting schools through Ofsted and regulatory inspections. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
