Working for Prior's Court

We have around 500 employees at Prior’s Court and the work they do every day helps young people with complex autism make life-changing progress.

Many of them work hands-on directly supporting our young people, but we also have a dedicated group of staff members working behind the scenes in various roles to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, from business support roles, to fundraising and estates.

We offer career progression pathways and support our staff from day one with a comprehensive induction, helping them understand autism and become experts in their fields.

We are based on a 50-acre site near Newbury in West Berkshire, providing a beautiful working environment and an ideal space for young people to live, learn, play and thrive.

See our vacancies to apply for one of our current opportunities - and you too could have a rewarding career where you help to change lives every day.
