  • Entry level roles

    Whether your passion is for Human Resources, Learning and Development, IT, Finance, Workforce Planning, Marketing or Fundraising, our support teams provide excellent administration and assistance for projects across the organisation.

    The work you do will help us demonstrate how we meet and exceed the expectations of our governing bodies, supporting improvement projects that enable both our Young People and our Teams across the organisation to achieve their aspirations.

    In conjunction with the Support Services Management Team, your expertise in Human Resources, Learning and Development, IT, Finance, Workforce Planning, Marketing or Fundraising will be used every day, working alongside each other and our operational teams to help them deliver transformational projects and meet their objectives.

    The services you deliver will help us to make sure that the right environment and culture is in place for all our Teams to deliver excellent outcomes for young people.

  • Management roles

    In conjunction with the Executive and Leadership Team, our Support Service Managers are responsible for the day to day organisation of their team, role modelling outstanding working practices and developing your team and our services to the highest possible standards.

    Helping Prior's Court to meet its strategic objectives, you’ll be responsible for defining, planning and implementing projects which enable us to meet our stretching goals for our teams and young people.
