Check out the inspiring story of two incredible individuals who recently took on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Half Marathon & 10k event, raising more than £1,500 in support of autistic young people with complex needs.

James Gordon and Evie Merry, employees at Karcher UK, tackled the Queen Elizabeth Park Half Marathon on March 3rd, all in the name of our Performing Arts Centre fundraising appeal.

Their motivation stemmed from a visit to our site during a volunteering day last November. Moved by the work we do, they decided to rally support for Prior's Court. As part of their volunteering efforts, they rolled up their sleeves to deep clean one of our residential homes, helping to create a nurturing environment for our young residents.

Despite some pre-race nerves, both James and Evie crossed the finish line victoriously—James conquering the half-marathon and Evie mastering the 10k course.

Our bespoke Performing Arts Centre will be complete with tailored facilities designed to empower young individuals at Prior’s Court. Through music, dance, and drama, we aim to provide enriching experiences that foster growth and development.
