The information below aims to give you an overview of all the systems we have in place and the actions we take during recruitment of all staff, induction, ongoing training, and reinforcement of safeguarding processes for each employee and external audits.
We do a huge number of things to ensure the safety of the young people at Prior's Court. Despite all the measures we take, the challenging and vulnerable nature of the young people attending Prior's Court mean there are occasions when safeguarding concerns are raised.
We take every opportunity to learn from what has happened and to apply improvements for he future so our safeguarding measures become even stronger.
We will never stop the cycle of improving what we do.
