Our organisational strategy 2024-27

"Painting with our own colours" is our organisational strategy for the period 2024 to 2027.

There are five overall themes to the strategy:

1. Develop and strengthen our work at and from Prior's Court,
2. Establish services in new places,
3. Speak out and be visible,
4. Support our staff,
5. Look after our facilities and services.

Our Business Plan 2024-25

The Prior's Court Business Plan 2024-25 is based on the Organisational Strategy, with specific goals and achievements codified for what we are calling the 'inside year'.

This Business Plan represents the first of three over the three years of the strategy. It is called the “inside year” as it will be focusing on making the organisation as strong as it can possibly be. It's an overall strategy of growth, development, doing new things.

The main priorities in 2024-25 include:

1. Updating our practice and ensuring consistent delivery
2. Physical environment
3. Operating at capacity
4. Strategic development
