News & events Inflatable challenge awaits determined fundraisers from across Prior's Court Team members from across Prior's Court are gearing up to bounce their way to fundraising success at an inflatable challenge. On Saturday, 28 September, past and present members of #TeamPriorsCourt will be taking on the Inflatable Experience at Newbury Racecourse. The challenge offers between 2.5km and 15km lengths, with 16 obstacles per lap for the daring individuals to overcome. A team of eight people from our Therapies, Nursing and Education will be taking on the 5k option in the challenge, with 32 obstacles also standing in their way. Marta, Lucy, Louise, Aoife, Maria, Emma, Olivia and Maria (some pictured below) are collectively looking to raise £500. This is to purchase sensory and functional equipment for assessment for the therapeutic benefit of the autistic young people with complex needs the team support day in, day out. The team said: "We can’t do it without your help. Your involvement makes all the difference, so please help us by donating." Wendy is raising funds for the Performing Arts Centre appeal. The Prior’s Court’s Performing Arts Centre will feature adapted facilities to support autistic young people with complex needs to access opportunities in music, dance and drama and the life-enriching benefits this provides. Wendy has already smashed her £100 fundraising target, having bagged a huge amount of donations by selling cakes at our Let Me Shine music festival in May (pictured).
