Both the autistic young people at Prior's Court and our employees benefit from the work achieved by our Estates team. Maintaining our 52-acre site, 16 residential homes, minibus fleet, offices and school including multi-sensory rooms, gyms and swimming pool is the responsibility of this diverse team.

  • Housekeeping / Maintenance/ Groundskeeping

    Our maintenance, groundskeeping and housekeeping teams work together to ensure that our homes, classrooms, facilities and outdoor areas are of an excellent standard. You’ll be part of the team responsible for making all areas of the site are clean and safe for the autistic young people we support to use, helping them to reach their full potential.

    Whether your skills lie in plumbing, carpentry, electricals, decorating, groundskeeping, laundry or cleaning, you can go home each day knowing that you’ve made a real difference to young people’s lives.

  • Senior Housekeeper / Maintenance

    In conjunction with the Estates management team, staff members in Housekeeping and Maintenance are responsible for the day-to-day organisation of their team. Role modelling outstanding working practices, ensuring the supply of materials and equipment, and developing your team and our site to the highest possible standards.

    Using your experience and specialist knowledge, you’ll support others to deliver excellent environments for young people to live and learn in.

  • Senior Facilities Lead

    As a Senior Facilities Lead you are responsible for the operational delivery of maintenance, housekeeping and reception services across the organisation. You’ll coach and mentor your team to deliver excellent quality standards.

    Alongside the Director of Operations, you’ll have responsibility for budgets, our vehicle fleet and our contractors. All of this will help you to deliver our maintenance schedules which support the transitioning of the autistic young people we support as they move and develop through our residential homes and school.

  • Director of Operations

    Our Director of Operations is responsible for Estates, Housekeeping, IT-related services and Resources, as well as ensuring a safe, clean and effective physical environment for all staff, young people and visitors at Prior’s Court. This includes maintaining site standards so that our facilities remain fit for purpose and meet regulatory standards.

    This also includes responsibility for our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams as well as overall responsibility for our organisation's vehicle fleet and capital projects.
