ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

THE ROLE

As a member of the HR Team, you will track attendance and absence, and actively manage the rota across the Residential teams

Working in conjunction with Home Managers, and using the Carval Rostering system you will identify and coordinate resource requirements for the residential homes, ensuring the best utilisation of staff supporting our young people.

You will have strong organisations skills, a working knowledge of shift and operational practices, strong analytical skills and excellent IT systems skills.
