From day one, we’ll support you through your training. All staff members take part in a comprehensive induction and depending on your role, further training is available.

If you work directly with our young people we can help you to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and we’ll provide our specialist autism specific TEACCH training alongside experts from the University of North Carolina.

You’ll also be able to pass on your experience, mentoring new employees as they develop their career at Prior’s Court.

Current vacancies

It is incredible working with the young people. They all have so much potential and I love getting the best out of them. I joined Prior’s Court three years ago and once I had completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which was funded by Prior’s Court, I was able to apply for a senior position, which was great.
