Salary expectations

Autism Practitioners’ salaries range from £17,000-£21,000 and increase significantly for senior roles and management positions.

You’ll receive a significant increase in salary if you have a relevant Diploma Level 3 or once you have successfully completed it.

The salary for each role is detailed in the job description and varies according to level and experience. We aim to offer competitive salaries for all roles.

Flexible shift patterns

Our Autism Practitioners work a 3-week rolling rota that consists of an average of 36 hours per week. Every third week, our Autism practitioners work a double shift on a Saturday which enables an additional weekend day off at another time. Shifts may vary from time to time, but usually work as follows:

  • Early: 07:00-15:45
  • Late: 15:15-22:00
  • Nights: 21:30-07:00
