ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. 

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Human Resources Team as On-boarding Advisor.  With a focus on improving the new starter experience from offer stage through to the end of the probationary period. The successful candidate will manage a small team of administrators in contract production, referencing and verification. The role holder will also develop approaches to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisation.

We would expect the ideal candidate to have:

  • Previous experience within an HR/ recruitment environment,
  • Focussed on business improvement
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Prior management or supervisory experience would be advantageous
  • A Professional and flexible approach
  • The ability to be proactive and use own initiative
  • Good IT skills/ use of Microsoft Packages and Recruitment/HR Systems
  • Sound knowledge of Employment regulatory framework and recruitment best practice
  • CIPD/REC Qualification desirable
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements for Recruitment set by OFSTED/CCRAG/CQC/Safeguarding etc
