Key information: Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Job description: Learning and Development Programme Leader Apply: Online application form ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011. We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. THE ROLE We provide learning and development opportunities to approximately 500 staff including staff inductions, Health and Social Care Diplomas, statutory training, management training and autism specific courses. We are looking for a Programme Leader with experience in the childcare and/or Health and Social Care sector to develop the learning opportunities available to staff. The ideal candidate will be required to carry out learning needs analysis’, design and deliver training using a blended learning approach and evaluate and report on outcomes. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and databases and be able to manage multiple projects. You will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and flexible approach.
