We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011. We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. THE ROLE We are looking for a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator to provide a professional and proactive service for the Learning and Development department. We provide learning and development opportunities to approximately 600 staff including staff inductions, Health and Social Care Diplomas, statutory training, management training and autism specific courses. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in a similar role, have excellent organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and a professional and flexible approach.
