Initial application stage

Shortlisting and assessment stage

  • If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to attend an assessment day on site with us. The invite will contain full details about the structure of the day, including a reminder of the documents you must bring with you (see below).
  • On the assessment day, you must bring with you:
    -proof of relevant qualifications,
    -proof of original documents for right to work in the United Kingdom,
    -documents required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application

Outcome stage

  • Following your assessment day, we will contact you within three working days to confirm the outcome.
  • Should you be successful and accept our offer of a place on our Graduate Programme, we will begin pre-employment checks. You will be kept informed of progress with these checks.
  • Once all clearances have been received and are satisfactory, we will confirm your start date.
