We recognise that working with young people with complex needs can be challenging and that our graduate programme involves movement around the organisation, which requires flexibility and regular change. To ensure you feel fully supported and get the most from your time on the programme, we have a number of tools in place to support you:

  • Regular 1:1s with a dedicated Graduate Programme Coordinator
  • On the job observation and feedback from the line manager of each placement
  • Structured performance review process
  • Comprehensive training in physical intervention and proactive support strategies
  • Regular team building days with your fellow Graduates
  • Mentoring sessions
  • Employee Assistance Programme
