Fundraise for us

We have high hopes and ambitions for young people with severe autism and are continually identifying ways to enable them to experience things that others take for granted so they can lead a more fulfilling and independent life.

Why fundraise for us?

Each young person is funded by their local authority which pays for their day to day care and staffing needs. At Prior's Court we go way beyond their essential needs and are able to support our young people to overcome immense challenges, thanks to our supporters.

Your fundraising helps us to pay for extra-curricular activities, projects or equipment which enable our young people to achieve new things or experience things they may not ordinarily get to do. For example, we may take them on trips to the theatre, a restaurant or family activity days out; animal therapy or specially adapted sports equipment. For some young people in our care, experiences outside of Prior's Court are tough and cause anxiety so for those early on in their journey to being able to go out into the community, we bring experiences to the school. Enabling them to take part in ordinary experiences can be life changing.

There are lots of things you can do to raise money for us from pre-organised sporting events such as marathons and 10k runs; cake sales and lemonade stalls; or your own challenge. For inspiration check out our fantastic fundraising ideas handbook.

You can create your own page to fundraise for us through the online fundraising platforms JustGiving or Virgin Money Giving. If you would prefer, you can make a one-off donation or set up a regular gift to Prior's Court.
