We are delighted to be running the UK's only 5-day Structured Teaching course, based on the TEACCH model, with guest trainers from the University of North Carolina where TEACCH originated.

The course is planned to run from Monday, 24th February to Friday 28th February 2025 at Prior's Court, based near Newbury, Berkshire.

TEACCH is an evidence-based approach to learning, world-renowned for its effectiveness in supporting autistic people.  It is at the very heart of our approach and we have strong links with the University of North Carolina where TEACCH originated. The TEACCH programme aims to enable autistic people to function as meaningfully and as independently as possible in the community.

The 5-Day Structured Teaching course is a broad-based, intensive course for parents and professionals working with autistic individuals.

It provides both the theoretical and practical applications of structured teaching.

TEACCH is at the heart of our approach because as well as offering training, Prior's Court is a provider of education and residential care for autistic young people with complex needs aged 5 to 25.

We are fortunate more than 40% of the UK’s TEACCH Certified Advanced Consultants, who will be leading and shaping the content of this course.

The total cost for this course is £2,250 per delegate, including lunch and refreshments each day.
