We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011. We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team to further help in the transfer of EHC plans, writing of outcomes and training of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people. To join our friendly, dynamic team you will already have an understanding of ‘The special education needs code of practice’, Experience in writing EHC plans and good IT and literacy skills along with experience of providing education for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
