ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism.

THE ROLE

Prior Insight is a ground-breaking, bespoke digital platform which gathers rich data about autism as a condition as Prior’s Court staff members log information about the young person they are working with every day.

We are looking for three Data Inputters to support the Prior Insight team in the on-going development of the Prior Insight platform, inputting and transferring data from a variety of sources for accurate documentation and record keeping.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Prior Insight team and other key stakeholders to maintain the effective functionality of the platform by ensuring core data within the system is relevant and in date.

  • Migrating complex data from our existing operational systems into the Prior Insight platform.

  • Providing accurate data entry support within agreed timeframes, ensuring it meets those standards set out in organisational policies and procedures.

  • Promoting the benefits of effective qualitative and quantitative data collection.

  • Mentoring and supporting staff in the development of best practice in relation to data entry.

Please read the full job description for further information about the role or learn more about Prior Insight.
