ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. 

THE ROLE

As our new Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of our existing data systems and reporting tools within the Foundation, generating key reports to support the organisation in an accurate understanding of its young people and their progress. You will also work with the digital transformation project team to support the smooth transition of data from current to new systems to support the organisation’s development. Specifically, you will have: 

  • Experience in collection, collation and interpretation of data to support analysis;
  • A strong ability in interrogating and manipulating data to generate meaningful reports to include strong skills with excel, including Get and Transform (Power queries)
  • A solid understanding of database structures;
  • An ability to work independently with good organisational skills to prioritise and meet deadlines;
  • A good attention to detail to complete work accurately, clearly and concisely;
  • Knowledge of key statistical concepts to an ability to explain to users at all levels of competence;
  • Enthusiasm to support the growth ambitions of the organisation
