Contact Teresa Lennon e: [email protected] or t: 01635 247202 ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011. THE ROLE We are looking for a volunteer to join our Fundraising team two days per week, to oversee corporate volunteer groups visits to Prior’s Court. Each corporate group gives their time to help with activities across the Prior’s Court site. These activities help us to continue to support and improve the lives of the children and young adults with severe autism who are in our care. This unpaid part-time volunteer role includes welcoming and escorting corporate volunteers around our site, giving general briefings and answering questions about Prior’s Court and the young people we support. Qualifications or experience not strictly necessary Enhanced DBS check required (service provided) Induction training provided Volunteering for Prior's Court is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives of young people with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.
