ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism. 

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic, hands on Commercial Operations and New Services Manager to lead a small developing team to deliver new and exciting projects.

As our Commercial Operations and New Services Manager you will be responsible for the development, implementation and on-going management of all commercial operations to deliver sales and cost targets set out in business plans, strategic plan and annual budgets.

Working closely with the Executive team you are also responsible for the development of a programme of new service offerings, which will be central to the achievement of the strategic ambition to triple the number of people we impact within five years.
