Looking for a new job? Come along to our interactive careers open day on Saturday 24 February to experience Prior’s Court life through the eyes of our young people, and see how you could help them.

Due to expansion, we’re now recruiting practitioners who can support young people affected by autism and complex learning difficulties. No matter what your background is, if you’d be interested to find out more, you’re invited to join our careers open day with a difference.

Not only can you find out about the roles available, but you’ll gain a unique insight into the daily lives of Prior’s Court students. You’ll experience our specialist approach which enables our young people severely challenged by their autism to make sense of the world around them, and support them through their life.

Our fully interactive day will run in small group sessions of about 45 minutes from 10am-3pm, with candidates following schedules to guide them through the day in the same way that our young people would. The sessions will feature communication exchanges, sensory processing, training techniques – and most importantly you’ll see the amazing progress our young people make with the help of our practitioners.

Then – if you think you’d like to be a part of that amazing progress – you can chat to the recruitment team and get your application in.

We’re offering free training & qualifications, flexible shift options, full and part time vacancies, great benefits and a fulfilling career. We are recruiting both trainees and experienced practitioners, and will provide a comprehensive training programme – so no matter what your background or qualifications are, if you care about young people with severe autism and would like to help us change lives then we would love to hear from you.

To book your space on the open day, or to find out more about our roles, please contact the recruitment team.
