ABOUT PRIOR'S COURT

Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

We are looking for an experienced manager, with a strong background of working with young people with autism within a residential care home setting.

Qualified in Residential Management, you will have a strong understanding of autism and the strategies that can be used to support learning and progress. You will be committed to coaching and developing your team of Home Managers. The Home Managers, will continuously develop the skills and knowledge of the Autism Practitioners that work within each of the homes that you will accountable for.
