The staff teams that work at Prior’s Court are key to the happiness and progress of our young people.

Our emphasis on supporting staff to develop skills enables us to demonstrate expertise in all areas and we have plenty of staff members who have worked with us for many years. From day one we will work towards transfering our expertise through shadowing, training and hands on experience.

It's a really hectic job but the support's amazing. I've never worked somewhere where there are so many incredible people. And that's really lovely to be part of that team.

 Salary and Career Progression

  • A significant increase in salary if you have a relevant Diploma Level 3 or once you have successfully completed it
  • Many of our Autism Practitioners / Support Workers are successful in progressing their careers in more senior roles, in fact many of our senior management team started off as Support Workers.
