Salary and Career Progression A competitive salary A significant increase in salary if you have a relevant Diploma Level 3 or once you have successfully completed it Many of our Autism Practitioners / Support Workers are successful in progressing their careers in more senior roles, in fact many of our senior management team started off as Support Workers. Training A comprehensive induction and a strong commitment to training and career development - take a look at the specialist autism courses available free of charge to staff members. For Autism Practitioners / Support Workers - the Level 3 Diploma in Childcare is a requirement for working with young people, we provide funding and support to help you complete this – and you can take it with you if you move on to other roles in care Receive on the job training and support from colleagues you work directly with Staff can access our online training module offering courses relating to IT, leadership and management, health and safety, budgeting and finance, communication and other courses designed to help you develop skills relating to your role or your personal development.
