Our Autism Practitioners work directly with young people, who all have severe autism and complex learning needs, helping them to make amazing progress and fulfil their potential. 

Due to ambitious plans to provide additional groundbreaking specialist facilities and opportunities for young people with severe autism, we are currently looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join us either as an experienced or inexperienced Autism Practitioner. We also offer a Graduate Programme which is designed to offer a structured, yet flexible pathway into a career in care for graduates from all disciplines.
