Our Autism Practitioners work directly with young people, who all have severe autism and complex learning needs, helping them to make amazing progress and reach their full potential. 

We are currently looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join us either as Autism Practitioners or Senior Autism Practitioners either in the day or nights. We also offer a Graduate Programme which is designed to offer a structured, yet flexible pathway into a career in care for graduates from all disciplines.

Your background and experience aren't important as we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training - our aim is that every Autism Practitioner becomes an expert at supporting young people with severe autism using our specialist approach. The main requirement is that you're passionate about helping young people with autism.
