Our Autism Practitioners work directly with young people, who all have severe autism and complex learning needs, helping them to make amazing progress and reach their full potential. 

We're looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join us as Autism Practitioners or Senior Autism Practitioners working shift patterns either in the day or nights, or on a flexible basis. We also offer a Graduate Programme which is designed to offer a structured, yet flexible pathway into a career in care for graduates from all disciplines.

Your background and experience aren't important as we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training - our aim is that every Autism Practitioner becomes an expert at supporting young people with severe autism using our specialist approach.
