Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality when Prior's Court School opened in 1999. Over the two decades since, we have grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with a staff team of over 600 people.
We are now seeking Graduates with a degree in any discipline and a passion to change lives to join our growing team, bringing their unique skills, knowledge and experience to enhance what we offer our young people.
Our Graduate Programme is designed to offer a structured, yet flexible pathway into a career in care. Successful applicants to the programme will have the opportunity to experience a number of different roles within our charity-run organisation over an 18 month period, developing the skills and experience needed for a rewarding career within the care sector.
