Our latest team of volunteers, Sophos, had a day of two halves when they paid us a visit.

From some heavy-duty gardening in the morning, to some arts and crafts work in the afternoon, no matter the task the team of 13 got stuck in on the last day of World Autism Acceptance Month.

The morning tasks, completed in glorious sunshine, was all about mowing, strimming, jetwashing and moss removal in a busy area around the homes of our younger children.

And then, it was indoors for the afternoon to help with cutting, folding, laminating and general support with the admin tasks needed for our annual music festival next week.

Between all this and a tour of our site - and even seeing two of the tents going up for our music festival next week for the young people we support and their families  - it was a non-stop day for the team.

See what else our corporate supporters have been upto

Sophos has chosen us as its Charity of the Year to support in 2024 which a) we are very grateful and b) we are loving the partnership working so far.
